摘　　要：在液氮使用过程中,由于液氮温度极低、燃烧性强,存在一定的爆炸性危险,如果使用或存储管理不当,极易造成火灾、爆炸等安全事故。因此,实现液氮的智能化安全管理,是我国液氮应用企业推进生产数字化转型的重要组成部分。文中设计了一种面向液氮液位的远程监控信息平台,以Web技术与5G技术为核心,结合液氮存储安全管理实际需求进行系统整体架构、功能结构的设计,并探讨了系统的具体实现策略,希望能为石油化工、食品加工等液氮应用企业提供参考,推动企业的数字化转型,为液氮的安全使用、保管提供支持。During the use of liquid nitrogen,due to the extremely low temperature and strong flammability of liquid nitrogen,there is a certain explosive danger.If it is used or stored improperly,it is easy to cause fire,explosion and other safety accidents.Therefore,the realization of intelligent safety management of liquid nitrogen is an important part of the digital transformation of liquid nitrogen application enterprises in China.This paper designs a remote monitoring information platform for liquid nitrogen level.It takes Web technology and 5G technology as the core,combines the actual requirements of liquid nitrogen storage safety management to design the overall architecture and functional structure of the system,and discusses the specific implementation strategy of the system.It is hoped that it can provide reference for liquid nitrogen application enterprises such as petrochemical and food processing,promote the digital transformation of enterprises,Provide Support for the safe use and storage of liquid nitrogen.
