摘  要:Sora的出现代表AIGC技术在视觉内容生成领域迈出的重要一步,其深远影响引发了社会各界对AI发展动向与社会效应的广泛思辨。于中国而言,Sora凸显国外AI技术先进的同时,亦暴露了中国在全球AI竞争中的技术创新短板。笔者以Sora的技术内核为本,探索其产生的广泛影响,进而解析其对中国AI领域造成的冲击与挑战,在此基础上提出一系列策略建议,包括技术创新层面实现自立自强、信息审查层面筑牢安全保障、赛道选择层面实现弯道超车以及法伦导向层面推动AI向善发展,以提升我国的国际科技话语权。The emergence of Sora represents a significant advancement in the field of visual content generation using AIGC(AI Generated Content)technology,prompting widespread speculation across various sectors of society about the development trends and social effects of AI.For China,Sora not only showcases the leading position of foreign AI technology but also highlights the technological innovation gap faced by the country in the global AI competition.The paper explores the broad impact of Sora by delving into its technical core and subsequently analyzes the challenges and impacts it poses to the field of AI in China.Based on this analysis,a series of strategic recommendations are proposed,including achieving self-reliance and self-improvement in technological innovation,strengthening security safeguards in information review,achieving breakthroughs in specific areas of competition,and promoting the ethical development of AI,aiming to enhance the international scientific and technological discourse and test for China.In the paper,the author analyzes the characteristics of Sora technology and its social effects,and explores its specific impact on China's AI development,providing useful references.
