摘 要:针对以往液压支架电液控制系统采用人工排查故障存在随机及个别故障无法准确定位、故障排查效率低下等问题,设计一种基于大数据的新型液压支架电液控制系统故障诊断系统,建设大数据决策分析服务平台,设计基于MapReduce的C4.5决策树分类故障诊断预测引擎,对硬件设备进行技术改造升级。研究结果表明,该故障诊断系统能对电液控制系统的各类故障进行有效识别和诊断,实践应用效果显著。Aiming at the problems existing in the previous manual troubleshooting of hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system,such as random and individual faults can not be located accurately,and low efficiency of fault troubleshooting,a fault diagnosis system based on big data's new hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system is designed.Big data decision analysis service platform is built,and the C4.5 decision tree classification fault diagnosis and prediction engine based on MapReduce is designed to upgrade the hardware equipment.The research results show that the fault diagnosis system can effectively identify and diagnose all kinds of faults of electro-hydraulic control system,and the practical application effect is remarkable.
