集控站防误系统设计方案及应用管理研究

摘  要:电力传输的重要枢纽为变电站,其二次系统能够有效保障变电站的运行安全。随着生产管理及电网组织架构的不断升级改善,为满足远方遥控、调控一体化、无人值班等需求,在电力领域控制系统智能化及自动化水平不断提升的背景下,国网公司提出建设自主可控的新一代变电站二次系统。建设新的系统将变化道闸操作方式,为此,研究适应新的道闸操作方式的防误问题,构建适宜的防误系统设计方案及应用管理方式,安全管控集控站道闸操作,对新一代变电站二次系统的建设与应用具有重要意义。Power transmission substations serve as crucial hubs,and their secondary systems effectively ensure the operational safety of the substations.With the continuous upgrading and improvement of production management and the power grid organizational structure,to meet the demands for remote control,integrated control and operation,and unattended operation,the level of intelligence and automation in power control systems is constantly increasing.Against this backdrop,State Grid Corporation has proposed the construction of a new generation of substation secondary systems that are independently controllable.The construction of the new system will change the operation mode of the switchgear,and therefore,researching the anti-misoperation issues suitable for the new switchgear operation mode,constructing appropriate anti-misoperation system design schemes and application management methods,and safely controlling the switchgear operation at the centralized control station are of great significance for the construction and application of the new generation of substation secondary systems.
