电网建设全过程中环境保护精益化管理的思考

摘　　要：中国生态文明建设已进入实现生态环境质量由量变到质变的关键时期。因此,电网建设项目对环境保护提出更高的要求,要提出更加严格的工作要求,提升全过程的环境保护管理能力。电网工程要优化环境保护管理必须重视项目前期、项目现场、环保水保标准工艺和预验收工作管理等。该文结合国网公司的制度和自身实际工作经验,提出一些对电网工程全过程环境保护精益化管理的思考。China's ecological civilization construction has entered a critical stage where the it has undergone a transformation from quantitative to qualitative change.Therefore,power grid construction projects have set higher environmental protection standards,necessitating more stringent work requirements and enhanced environmental protection management capabilities throughout the entire process.To optimize environmental protection management in power grid projects,it is essential to focus on the early stages of the project,the project site,environmental and water conservation standard processes,and pre-acceptance work management.Combining the systems of State Grid Corporation and personal practical experience,this paper proposes some thoughts on the lean management of environmental protection throughout the entire process of power grid engineering.
