摘  要:主要介绍了电导率测试原理,以及在测试玻璃配合料含碱量均匀度方面的应用。由于玻璃配合料基础原料当中有少量的芒硝,研究如何规避芒硝影响,实验电导率与配合料含碱量线性关系,减小配合料含碱量误差。对比料方中设定值,用直观的数据体现玻璃配合料含碱量高低以及混合均匀度优劣。The principle of conductivity testing and its application in testing the uniformity of alkali content in glass compound are introduced.Since there is a small amount of mirabilite in the basic raw materials of the glass compound,it is studied how to avoid the influence of mirabilite and the linear relationship between the experimental conductivity and the alkali content of the compound to reduce the alkali content error of the compound.Compare the set value in the material side,and use the intuitive data to reflect the alkali content of the glass compound and the mixing uniformity.
