摘　　要：嶽麓秦簡(壹)的《爲吏治官及黔首》,主要講述“爲官之道”。其中的簡53-57這幾條簡文當看作一組,並可重新斷讀。這組簡文可與《管子·法法》中相關句子對讀。其中簡文“起居不指”中的“指”當讀作“愭”,訓作“敬”。簡文中的“徵餃不齊”中的“徵”是指賦税而言的;“餃”字則讀作“校”,是指對賦税的校驗而言的。同時,《管子·法法》“親人而不固,殆。同謀而離,殆”可解讀嶽麓秦簡,反之,出土秦簡亦可解釋《管子·法法》中“危人而不能,殆。廢人而復起,殆。可而不爲,殆。足而不施,殆。幾而不密,殆”等句子的意思,也可爲“聞賢而不舉,殆。聞善而不索,殆。見能而不使,殆”等的解讀提供新思路。Being an Official who Governs the State and its People(《爲吏治官及黔首》)is one document in the Qin Bamboo Slips in the Collection of Yuelu Academy(Vol.1),which is mainly about the way of being an official.The text of the 53rd-57th slips should be grouped together and reinterpreted.We can compare the texts of these slips with the relevant sentences in Guanzi.The character zhi(指)in the phrase qiju bu zhi(起居不指)should be read as qi(愭)meaning respectful.The character zheng(徵)in the phrase zhengjiao bu qi(徵餃不齊)pertains to taxation,while the character jiao(餃)should read as jiao(校),which refers to check or verify.Meanwhile,the sentences“親人而不固,殆。同謀而離,殆”in the chapter Conforming to the Law of Guanzi can help interpret the text of the Yuelu Qin bamboo slips.On the other hand,the unearthed Qin bamboo slips can help to explain the sentences such as“危人而不能,殆。廢人而復起,殆。可而不爲,殆。足而不施,殆。幾而不密,殆”in Guanzi and to provide new ideas for the interpretation of the sentences such as“聞賢而不舉,殆。聞善而不索,殆。見能而不使,殆”.
