摘 要:水工钢闸门被广泛应用于我国西南地震高烈度地区。为了确保在脉动水流与地震荷载作用下的安全可靠运行,需要分析不同水头下闸门的抗震性能。采用ANSYS建立三峡大坝某深孔弧形工作闸门有限元模型,基于动力时程法,对其开展地震响应分析,研究闸门在无水、20 m、40 m、60 m和85 m水头下动水压力与地震荷载对闸门强度、刚度的耦合影响。结果表明:水头越高,闸门在有、无动水时的最大应力及主横梁径向位移差值越大,动水压力对闸门的地震响应影响越显著。该研究对于同类水工钢闸门的地震响应分析具有参考借鉴意义。Hydraulic steel gates are widely used in the high-intensity seismic areas of southwestern China.To ensure the safe and reliable operation under the combined effects of fluctuating water flow and seismic loads,it is necessary to analyze the seismic performance of gates at different water heads.The finite element model of a deep hole radial working gate of the Three Gorges Dam was established with ANSYS.Based on the dynamic time-history method,seismic response analysis was conducted to study the coupling effects of dynamic water pressure and seismic loads on the strength and stiffness of the gate under no water,and water heads of 20 m,40 m,60 m,and 85 m.The results show that the higher the water head,the greater the differences in maximum stress and radial displacement of the main beam of the gate with and without dynamic water,and the more significant the impact of dynamic water pressure on the seismic response of the gate.This study has reference significance for the seismic response analysis of similar hydraulic steel gates.
