摘  要:外海大跨度钢桁拱桥吊装极易受到恶劣海况影响,导致吊装施工可作业时间短、安全风险高、成本压力大。针对外海大跨度钢桁拱桥施工难题,广东石化2000万t/a重油加工工程原油码头钢引桥安装工程开发了钢桁拱桥的自行式模块平板车运输上驳技术、下主桁起吊技术、恶劣海况快速精确吊装技术和复杂地形旋转安装技术。该技术有效地保障了大跨度钢桁拱桥海上吊装施工的安全、质量、进度和成本,为今后类似工程的施工提供了参考和借鉴作用。The hoisting of large-span steel truss arch bridges at sea far from the coastline is highly susceptible to adverse sea conditions,resulting in short operational time,high safety risks,and high cost pressure in hoisting construction.In response to the construction difficulties of large-span steel truss arch bridges at sea far from the coastline,the installation project of crude oil terminal steel approach bridge of Guangdong Petrochemical's 20 million t/a heavy oil processing project has developed a self-propelled module truck(SPMT)transportation and embarkation technology,lower main truss hoisting technology,rapid and accurate hoisting technology on harsh sea conditions,and rotating installation technology on complex terrain for the steel truss arch bridge.These technologies effectively ensure the safety,quality,progress,and cost of offshore hoisting construction of large-span steel truss arch bridges,which provides a reference for similar engineering construction in the future.
