摘 要:结合赵庄煤业草芳进风立井施工区域现场地质条件,设计井筒掘进施工技术方案,在井筒掘进时,采用FJD9C型伞钻+HZ6B型中心回转式抓岩机+深孔光面爆破为主的机械化施工工艺,可提高基岩掘进效率;采用商品混凝土+底卸式吊桶+整体模板,实现井筒围岩支护;采用地面注浆,壁后注浆封堵为主、疏排为辅的防治水技术方案,可满足井筒防治水需要。工程实践表明,赵庄煤业进风立井采用的掘进方案施工效率高,有助于缩短井筒掘进工期。Combined with the geological conditions of the construction area of Caofang intake shaft in Zhaozhuang Coal Industry,the technical scheme of shaft excavation construction is designed.The surface soil and bedrock weathering section and bedrock section.During the shaft excavation,the mechanized construction technology of FJD9 C umbrella drill+HZ6 B central rotary rock grab+deep hole smooth blasting is adopted,which can improve the efficiency of bedrock excavation.Commercial concrete+bottom unloading bucket+integral formwork is used to realize the support of shaft surrounding rock.The water prevention and control technology scheme of ground grouting,wall grouting plugging and drainage is adopted,which can meet the needs of wellbore water prevention and control.The engineering practice shows that the excavation scheme adopted in the intake shaft of Zhaozhuang Coal Industry has high construction efficiency,which is helpful to shorten the construction period of shaft excavation.
