摘 要:为控制复杂条件下巷道顶板岩层稳定性,以翟镇煤矿11503E工作面轨道巷为研究背景,对其支护方案进行研究。针对巷道支护密度大、支护可靠性不足等问题,提出巷道顶板岩层连续强化控制技术。由顶板岩层连续强化控制机理,提出“一级正常支护-二级强化支护-三级让压防冲”的多级厚锚固岩梁强化支护技术,确定支护技术参数。通过与原支护的性能对比和实际应用表明,优化后的支护方案能起到较好的支护效果,同时能有效降低巷道支护成本,提高企业经济效益,对同类型巷道顶板岩层控制起参考作用。In order to control the stability of roadway roof strata under complex conditions,the support scheme was studied with the track roadway of 11503E working face in Zhaizhen Coal Mine as the research background.Aiming at the problems of high support density and insufficient support reliability of roadway,the continuous strengthening control technology of roadway roof strata is put forward.Based on the continuous strengthening control mechanism of roof strata,a multi-stage thick anchored rock beam strengthening support technology of'one-level normal support-two-level strengthening support-three-level pressure relief and anti-scour'is proposed,and the technical parameters of support are determined.According to the performance comparison and practical application with the original support,the optimized support scheme can play a better support effect,and can effectively reduce the cost of roadway support,improve the economic benefits of enterprises,and play a reference role for the control of roof strata in the same type of roadway.
