摘 要:为了探究新型钼矿捕收剂MK-01对马坑矿业选铁尾矿回收钼指标的影响,分别使用常规捕收剂煤油和新型钼矿捕收剂MK-01进行实验室试验和工业试验研究。结果表明,在一段磨矿粒度为-0.074 mm占65.38%,再磨粒度为-0.037 mm占83%时,以水玻璃为调整剂,亚硫酸钠+硫酸锌为抑制剂,2#油为起泡剂,采用1粗2精2扫—粗精矿再磨—4次精选流程,以MK-01为捕收剂时,实验室闭路试验可以获得钼品位44.938%、回收率66.54%的钼精矿,相比煤油作捕收剂,钼品位和回收率分别提高了0.636和2.96个百分点;工业试验可以获得钼品位42.26%、回收率62.71%的钼精矿;与煤油为捕收剂时相比,钼品位相近,回收率提高了0.72百分点,捕收剂用量由52 g/t减少到42 g/t。说明新型钼矿捕收剂MK-01可以代替马坑矿业传统钼矿捕收剂煤油使用。In order to explore the effect of a new molybdenum collector MK-01 on the recovery index of molybdenum from iron tailings in Makeng Mining,the laboratory test and industrial test of conventional collector kerosene and new molybdenum collector MK-01 were carried out respectively.The results show that when the first-stage grinding particle size is-0.074 mm accounting for 65.38%,and the regrinding particle size is-0.037 mm accounting for 83%,sodium silicate is used as the regulator,sodium sulfite+zinc sulfate is used as the inhibitor,and 2#oil is used as the foaming agent,the molybdenum concentrate with molybdenum grade of 44.938%and recovery rate of 66.54%can be obtained in the laboratory closed-circuit test by using MK-01 as the collector,compared with kerosene as the collector,the molybdenum grade and recovery rate are increased by 0.636 and 2.96 percentage points,respectively.Molybdenum concentrate with molybdenum grade of 42.26%and recovery of 62.71%can be obtained by industrial test.Compared with kerosene as collector,the grade of molybdenum is similar,the recovery rate is increased by 0.72 percentage point,and the dosage of collector is reduced from 52 g/t to 42 g/t.It shows that the new molybdenum ore collector MK-01 can replace the traditional molybdenum ore collector in Makeng Mining.
