摘 要:为了高效开发利用内蒙古某铁矿石资源,在矿石工艺矿物学性质研究的基础上开展了高压辊磨—湿式磁选抛尾—塔磨—磁选全流程试验研究。结果表明:原矿经高压辊磨制得-1mm粒级粉矿,在400mT磁场条件下湿式磁选抛尾,获得了全铁品位36.63%、磁性铁品位为31.31%的湿式预选精矿,湿式预选精矿经塔磨磨至-0.030mm占95%,经1粗1精磁选获得了铁品位为65.78%、回收率为66.22%的铁精矿,试验结果可以为该铁矿石选别流程确定提供依据。In order to efficiently develop and utilize an iron ore resource in Inner Mongolia,on the basis of the study of the mineralogical properties of ore technology,the whole process of high-pressure roller grinding,wet magnetic separation,tail throwing,tower mill and magnetic separation was carried out.The results show that the-1 mm particle size fine ore was obtained by the high-pressure roller grinding machine,and the wet pre-separation concentrate with a total iron grade of 36.63%and a magnetic iron grade of 31.31%was obtained under the condition of 400 mT,and the wet pre-separation concentrate tower was ground to-0.030 mm accounting for 95%,and the iron concentrate with an iron grade of 65.78%and a recovery rate of 66.22%was obtained by one roughing and one cleaning magnetic separation,and the test results could provide a feasible process for the iron ore separation.
