摘 要:为解决工作面回采通过构造区域造成采空区遗煤氧化威胁工作面安全生产的问题,对工作面地质条件、煤体自燃以及注氮防灭火的原理进行分析,采用注氮防灭火技术对采空区进行治理。利用Fluent数值模拟软件对注氮位置进行计算,设计在滞后工作面50 m位置处进行间隔式注氮,注氮量2200 m^(3)/h。结果表明:工作面在采取注氮防灭火措施后,CO浓度由0.0096%下降至最高0.0002%,确保了工作面安全生产。In order to solve the problem that the residual coal oxidation in the goaf caused by the mining of the working face through the structural area threatens the safe production of the working face,the geological conditions of the working face,the spontaneous combustion of the coal body and the principle of nitrogen injection fire prevention and extinguishing are analyzed,and the nitrogen injection fire prevention and extinguishing technology is used to control the goaf.The Fluent numerical simulation software was used to calculate the nitrogen injection position.The interval nitrogen injection was designed at the position of 50 m behind the working face,and the nitrogen injection amount was 2200 m^(3)/h.The results show that after the ni-trogen injection fire prevention and extinguishing measures are taken in the working face,the CO concentration decreases from 0.0096%to the highest 0.0002%,which ensures the safe production of the working face.
