摘 要:在选矿生产中矿仓的布料情况直接影响着现场生产的效率和水平。针对实际生产布料过程中,粉尘影响料位计监测,造成料位计失真进而引起满仓、空仓现象,影响正常生产的问题,提出利用皮带秤监测进出矿仓物料量,据此建立料位预测模型,辅助矫正料位计监测结果,再通过智能布料决策系统控制小车移动,实现矿仓的科学、准确布料。实际应用表明,智能布料系统投入使用后,系统可以准确地监控各料仓料位,智能控制布料小车的移动,实现无人布料功能,未出现满仓、空仓现象,显著提高了选厂的智能化水平,降低了人员劳动强度。The distribution of ore bins in mineral processing production directly affects the efficiency and level of on-site production.In view of the actual production distribution process,dust affects the monitoring of the material level meter,causing the distortion of the material level meter and causing the phenomenon of full warehouse and empty warehouse,which affects the normal production.It is proposed to use the belt scale to monitor the amount of materials in and out of the ore bin,based on which the material level prediction model is established to assist in correcting the monitoring results of the material level meter,and then the intelligent distribution decision system is used to control the movement of the trolley to realize the scientific and accurate distribution of the ore bin.The practical application shows that after the intelligent distribution system is put into use,the system can accurately monitor the material level of each silo,intelligently control the movement of the distribution trolley,and realize the unmanned distribution function.There is no full warehouse and empty warehouse phenomenon,which significantly improves the intelligent level of the concentrator and reduces the labor intensity of the personnel.
