摘　　要：随着“碳达峰”、“碳中和”的提出,建筑与房地产行业也越来越注重其经济的绿色发展。在建筑与房地产开发的过程中,由于其能源消耗过大,对环境也造成了不同程度的影响。当今时代背景下,绿色建筑建设成为了该行业的重要项目,积极推进建筑与房地产行业的绿色经济发展,能够有效保护环境,改善居民生活质量,更有利于可持续发展战略的推进。本文主要对我国绿色经济发展现状及策略进行研究,为建筑与房地产的发展提供行业建议。With the proposal of"carbon peak"and"carbon neutral",the construction and real estate industry also pays more and more attention to the green development of its economy.in the process of building and real estate development,due to its excessive energy consumption,the environment has also been affected to varying degrees.ln the current era,green building construction has become an important project in the industry.Actively promoting the green economic development of the construction and real estate industry can effectively protect the environment,improve the quality of life of residents,and is more conducive to the promotion of sustainable development strategy.This paper mainly studies the current situation and strategies of green economy development in China,and provides industry suggestions for the development of construction and real estate.
