摘 要:房地产开发属于综合性系统工程,任意管理环节出现问题将给总体成效带来影响。在明确房地产开发管理内容的基础上,对前期、中期和后期存在的问题展开分析,提出相应的管理对策。通过建立完善项目管理体系、加强可行性研究等工作,能够做好项目前期策划,并在项目实施期间加强工程质量、成本、安全等各方面管理有效提升工程建设水平,最终通过加强验收和售后服务管理树立良好工程形象,为推动工程可持续发展提供保障。Real estate development is a comprehensive system engineering,and problems in any management link will affect the overall results.On the basis of clarifying the management content of real estate development,the paper analyzes the problems existing in the early,middle and late stages,and puts forward corresponding management countermeasures.By establishing and improving the project management system and strengthening the feasibility study,we can do a good job in the early stage of the project planning,strengthen the management of project quality,cost,safety and other aspects during the project implementation,effectively improve the project construction level,and finally establish a good project image through strengthening the acceptance and after-sales service management,to provide guarantee for promoting the sustainable development of the project.
