摘 要:相对于传统的建筑模式,装配式建筑有更多的优势,可以自行拆卸和组装,节省时间和成本,操作方便,需要的施工时间较少,等等。该模式可以有效减少建筑消耗的资源与能源,而且施工时产生的噪音与粉尘也比较少,环境污染减轻,对于周围人们的生活不会产生太大的干扰。但是进行装配式建筑工程管理时,也会受到一些因素的影响而出现问题,影响到管理成效。这就需要建筑单位了解可能产生影响的因素,采取科学的对策予以解决,不断提升管理水平,保证装配式建筑工程的顺利施工。Compared with the traditional building mode,the prefabricated building has more advantages,such as its own disassembly and assembly,saving time and cost,convenient operation,less construction time,and so on.This mode can effectively reduce the resources and energy consumed by the building,and the noise and dust generated during construction are also relatively small,and the environmental pollution is reduced,which will not cause much interference to the lives of the surrounding people.However,when carrying out prefabricated construction project management,problems will also arise due to the influence of some factors,which will affect the management effect.This requires the construction unit to understand the factors that may have an impact,take scientific countermeasures to solve it,continuously improve the management level,and ensure the smooth construction of prefabricated construction projects.
