摘 要:目的研究分站式教学模式在基层官兵心肺复苏(CPR)培训中的应用。方法选取2021年9月同期进行成人心肺复苏培训的基层官兵80人,随机分为分站式教学组40人和一站式教学组40人。分站式教学组分4个模块:识别与呼救、胸外按压、气道开放与人工呼吸、体外自动除颤仪(AED)的使用,完成理论课程及各模块技能实践后再进行全流程模拟。一站式教学组在理论授课后直接进行全流程模拟。模拟中两组均利用实时反馈系统进行心肺复苏质量监测,课程完毕后进行基础知识及技能实践考核。比较两组的考核成绩,评价重点要素通过率及优秀率,并分析两组心肺复苏质量及胸外按压比例(CCF)。结果分站式教学组的技能考核成绩高于一站式教学组,而两组理论成绩无差异;技能考核重点要素对比,分站式教学组中颈动脉搏动判断及AED使用的通过率高于一站式教学组,呼吸判断、按压深度、气道开放及人工通气的优秀率高于一站式教学组;质量监测指标上,分站式教学组在胸廓回弹率上高于一站式教学组,平均按压中断时间及不良通气率低于一站式教学组,而平均按压深度及按压频率两组无差异;分站式教学组的CCF值高于一站式教学组。结论分站式教学模式可以提高基层官兵心肺复苏培训的质量。Objective To study the application of the sub-station-type teaching mode in cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)training for grassroots officers and soldiers.Methods 80 officers and soldiers who conducted adult CPR training in the same period in September 2021 were selected,which were randomly divided into two groups,40 in the sub station-type teaching group and 40 in the one-station-type teaching group.The sub-station-type teaching components are divided into four modules,including identification and call for help,chest compression,airway open and artificial breathing and the application of automatic external defibrillator(AED),firstly complete the theoretical course and skill practice,then perform the full process simulation.One-station-type teaching group directly perform the full process simulation after the theory teaching.In the simulation,both groups used the feedback system for CPR quality monitoring,and the basic knowledge and skills practice were evaluated after the course was completed.Comparing the basic knowledge and skill practice results of the two groups,evaluating the passing rate and excellent rate of the key elements,and analyzing the quality of CPR and the chest compression fraction(CCF)of the two groups.Results The skill assessment results of the sub-station-type teaching group were higher than those of the one-station-type teaching group,while the theoretical scores were not different,the key elements of CPR in the skill assessment were compared,the passing rate of the cervical artery throbbing judgment and AED in the sub-station-type teaching group was higher than that of the one-station-type teaching group.The excellent rates of breathing judgment,compression depth and gas,airway open and artificial breathing were better than that of one-station-type teaching group,and on the quality monitoring index,the chest rebound rate of the sub-station-type teaching group was better than that of one-station type teaching group,and the average press interruption time and bad breathing rate were lower th
