摘 要:纤维—陶瓷复合靶板能够满足防护轻量化的需求,是目前军、警、航天等各类防护中轻质防护材料研究和使用的趋势。基于此,探讨防护结构研制中常用到的抗弹用陶瓷的特点、纤维类型和力学性能以及陶瓷和纤维各自在抗弹过程中的作用形式,应用近场动力学理论的微势能、耗散应变能推论复合结构的总能量耗散和损伤形成之间的关系,得到与弹靶作用相关的近场动力学模型运动轨迹,并通过对比抗弹机能的实验结果与近场动力学解析结果,证实纤维约束包覆陶瓷材料可以提升整体结构的抗弹效应,能充分发挥陶瓷的抗弹作用。Fiber ceramic composite target plates can meet the demand for lightweight protection,and are currently a trend in the research and use of lightweight protective materials in various types of protection,such as military,police,and aerospace.This article explores the characteristics of bulletproof ceramics commonly used in the development of protective structures;The type and mechanical properties of fibers;The respective forms of action of ceramics and fibers in the ballistic process.The relationship between the total energy dissipation of the composite structure and the formation of damage is deduced by applying the micro potential energy and the dissipated strain energy of the Peridynamic theory,and then the motion trajectory of the Peridynamic theory related to the bullet target action is obtained.By comparing the test results of the ballistic performance with the analytical results of Peridynamic theory,it is finally clarified that fiber constrained ceramic coating can improve the ballistic effect of the overall structure,It can fully utilize the ballistic resistance of ceramics.
