摘 要:为了能有效解决电网的闪络问题,开发了一种新型的防闪络包覆式辅助伞裙结构,并以110 kV瓷支柱绝缘子为试品进行了大量的污秽、覆冰及淋雨试验。结果表明,在瓷支柱绝缘子表面加装辅助伞裙能够有效提高绝缘子的闪络电压;不同的加装片数对污闪、冰闪、雨闪电压的提升效果不同。110 kV瓷支柱绝缘子加装3片伞裙可起到很好的防雨闪效果,雨闪电压提高了26.5%;加装3片辅助伞裙可最大幅度的将冰闪电压提高到107.8%;而加装6片辅助伞裙,防污闪能力最佳,污闪电压提高了67%,已超过了直接喷涂RTV的防污闪水平。In order to effectively address flashover issues in power grids,a novel wrap-around booster shed structure has been developed and extensively tested on 110 kV porcelain post insulators under conditions of pollution,icing,and rain exposure.The results indicate that the installation of wrap-around booster sheds onto the surface of porcelain post insulators can significantly increase their flashover voltage.Different numbers of installed sheds have varying effects on enhancing the flashover voltages under polluted,icy,and rainy conditions.For 110 kV porcelain post insulators,the installation of three booster sheds demonstrates excellent anti-rain flashover effect,increasing the rain flashover voltage by 26.5%.The installation of three booster sheds maximally increases the icing flashover voltage by 107.8%.Furthermore,installing six booster sheds provides the best anti-rain flashover performance,raising the pollution flashover voltage by 67%,which exceeds the anti-pollution flashover level achieved by direct application of RTV coatings.
