摘　　要：RCEP和中国-新西兰自贸协定升级版的生效实施,为江苏深化苏新经贸合作带来三重机遇。江苏应充分把握机遇,积极与新西兰构建多元交流合作机制,加强贸易投资联系,深化服务领域合作,拓展数字经济和绿色经济合作空间,对标优化营商环境,促进全省高质量发展和高水平开放。The implementation of the RCEP and the upgraded version of the China New Zealand Free Trade Agreement has brought three opportunities for Jiangsu to deepen economic and trade cooperation with the Soviet Union.Jiangsu should fully seize the opportunities,actively build a diversified exchange and cooperation mechanism with New Zealand,strengthen trade and investment connections,deepen cooperation in the service sector,expand cooperation space in the digital economy and green economy,benchmark and optimize the business environment,and promote high-quality development and high-level opening up in the province.
