摘　　要：党的二十大报告强调,必须坚持科技是第一生产力、人才是第一资源、创新是第一动力。科技、人才、创新这“三个第一”为提升国家创新体系的整体效能指明了方向和路径。近年来,江西省科技创新能力显著提升,但科技创新对高质量发展的支撑作用不够。本文基于“三个第一”的内在逻辑,分析科技创新推动江西经济高质量发展的实践特征,提出科技创新支撑经济高质量发展的重点与路径。The Report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasizes that it’s necessary to adhere to the principles as follows:science and technology are primary productive forces;talented people are primary resources;and innovation is the primary driver.The“three primary principles”of science and technology,talents,and innovation have pointed out the direction and path to enhance the overall efficiency of the national innovation system.Jiangxi Province has significantly improved its capacity of scientific and technological innovation in recent years,but its scientific and technological innovation has given insufficient support for its high-quality development.Based on the inherent logic of the“three primary principles”,this paper analyzes the practical characteristics of scientific and technological innovation in promoting the high-quality economic development of Jiangxi Province,and then proposes the key points and paths for the high-quality economic development supported by scientific and technological innovation.
