摘 要:本文研究了核电厂备件管理的关键问题,即如何在降低库存成本的同时,确保库存中有足够的备件以应对日常运行中的缺陷和预防性维修中的非预期缺陷处理问题。本文提出了一种基于更新函数的备件储备定额确定方法,该方法通过拟合备件的寿命数据,利用寿命分布函数和更新函数来确定备件在给定时间区间内失效次数的均值和方差,并根据核电厂对不同等级备件的管理要求来确定备件的安全库存水平。该方法不需要假定备件失效率恒定,并可用于多种寿命分布特点的备件,具有更广泛的适用性,特别适用于低流速备件的储备定额确定,可为核电厂备件管理提供更有效的方法和策略,以平衡成本和可靠性要求。This paper investigates a critical issue in nuclear power plant spare parts management,which is how to reduce inventory costs while ensuring an adequate supply of spare parts to meet the demands arising from daily operational defects and unforeseen defect handling during preventive maintenance.To address this problem,this paper proposes a method for determining spare parts reserve quotas based on renewal function.This method fits the lifetime data of spare parts,uses lifetime distribution function and renewal function to calculate the mean and variance of the number of failures(demand for issuance)of spare parts within a given time interval,and determines the safety stock level of spare parts based on the management requirements of different grades of spare parts in nuclear power plants.A notable feature of this method is that it does not assume a constant failure rate for spare parts,making it suitable for spare parts with various lifetime distribution types and offering broader applicability.It is particularly well-suited for determining reserve quotas for low-flow-rate spare parts compared to time-series-based methods.However,it is worth noting that this method requires a significant accumulation of spare parts'lifetime data as input,highlighting the importance of strengthening the accumulation of spare parts reliability data in nuclear power plant spare parts management.The research findings presented in this paper are expected to provide a more effective approach and strategy for spare parts management in nuclear power plants to balance cost and reliability requirements.
