摘 要:定期试验是为了确保核电厂构筑物、系统和设备的可靠性和可用性而设定的一项重要活动,而过于频繁的定期试验反而有可能会降低核电厂的安全性,同时又加重核电厂不必要的负担。概率安全评价技术已经在核工业界得到了广泛的应用,概率论与确定论相结合的风险指引型技术可以用来优化核电厂的定期试验周期,在保障核电厂具备足够安全性的前提下,够优化核电厂资源配置,提高监管和核电运行效率。本文基于美国核管会(NRC)的一系列导则,对方家山核电厂主蒸汽隔离阀部分关闭定期试验周期优化进行分析。分析表明,方家山主蒸汽隔离阀部分关闭定期试验周期从1个月延长至3个月是可行的,并最终到国家核安全局的批准。Periodic testing is an important activity to ensure the reliability and availability of structures,systems and components(SSCs)in nuclear power plants.However,too frequent periodic testing may reduce the safety of the plant and increase the unnecessary burden of the plant.Probabilistic safety assessment(PSA)technique has been widely used in the nuclear industry.The risk guidance technique combined with the probability theory and the certainty theory can be used to optimize the regular test cycle of power plants,so as to optimize the resource allocation of power plants and improve the supervision and operation efficiency of nuclear power plants on the premise of ensuring sufficient safety of power plants.Based on a series of nuclear regulatory commission(NRC)guidelines,this paper analyzes the periodic test cycle optimization of partial shutdown of the main steam isolation valve at Fangjiashan NPP.The results show that it is feasible to extend the periodic test period of partial shutdown of the main steam isolation valve in Fangjiashan Nuclear Power Plant from monthly to every three months,and finally get the approval of the National Nuclear Safety Administration.
