摘　　要：目的探讨反馈式健康教育联合精细化饮食护理对肝硬化患者营养状况的改善作用。方法以2021年1月至2023年1月就诊于福建省立医院南院的92例肝硬化患者为研究对象,将患者按随机数字表法分为2组,其中,对照组(46例)予以常规健康教育,观察组(46例)基于对照组的干预方法给予反馈式健康教育结合精细化饮食护理。比较2组的肝功能、营养状况及生活质量。结果干预1个月和3个月后,观察组的丙氨酸氨基转移酶、总胆红素及天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶水平均低于同期对照组,血红蛋白、前白蛋白、白蛋白、总蛋白水平和生活质量综合评定问卷-74各项(躯体功能和社会功能等)评分均高于同期对照组(P均<0.05),且2组均较干预前更优(P均<0.05)。结论反馈式健康教育结合精细化饮食护理能改善肝硬化患者的肝功能和营养状况,并提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of feedback health education combined with refined diet care on improving the nutritional status of patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods A total of 92 patients with liver cirrhosis who were admitted to the Fujian Provincial Hospital South Branch from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group(46 cases)received routine health education,while the observation group(46 cases)received feedback health education combined with refined diet care based on the intervention method of the control group.The liver function,nutritional status,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After 1 and 3 months of intervention,the levels of alanine aminotransferase,total bilirubin,and aspartate aminotransferase in the observation group were lower than those in the control group during the same period.The levels of hemoglobin,prealbumin,albumin,total albumin,and the scores of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(physical function and social function,etc.)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group during the same period(all P<0.05).The above indicators and scores of both groups were better than those before intervention(all P<0.05).Conclusion Feedback health education combined with refined diet care can improve the liver function and nutritional status of patients with liver cirrhosis,and enhance their quality of life.
