摘  要:辣椒是我国重要的蔬菜作物兼经济作物。炭疽病严重危害辣椒生产,选育抗病品种是最根本有效的防治措施。本研究利用18份干椒用辣椒自交系材料,选用红熟期果实,对5种辣椒炭疽病病原菌进行致病性鉴定,筛选出强致病菌株,并应用其对529份辣椒材料进行了炭疽病人工接种抗性鉴定。结果显示,402份干椒用辣椒自交系材料中,1份表现为免疫,1份表现为高抗,29份表现为抗病,62份表现为耐病,其余309份均表现为感病;127份干椒用杂交组合材料中,3份表现为免疫,1份表现为高抗,23份表现为抗病,24份表现为耐病,其余76份均表现为感病。利用炭疽病抗性差异显著双亲构建的重组自交系群体,采用植物数量性状主基因-多基因遗传分析方法,对辣椒炭疽病抗性进行了遗传分析,结果显示多基因加性上位性遗传模型为最优模型。Pepper is an important vegetable and ecnomic crop in China.Anthracnose seriously threatens peppers production.Breeding resistant varieties is the most basic and effevtive control measure.In this study,18 chilli pepper inbred lines were used to identify the pathogenicity of 5 different pepper anthracnose pathogens,and the strong pathogenic strains were selected to identify the aritifical inoculation resistance of 529 pepper materials.The results showed that among 402 chilii pepper inbred lines,1 showed immunity,1 showed high resistance,29 showed disease resistance,62 showed disease tolerance,and the remaining 309 materials showed susceptibility.Among 127 chilli pepper hybrid materials,3 showed immunity,1 showed high resistance,23 showed disease resistance,24 showed disease tolerance,and the remaining 76 showed susceptibility.A recombinant inbred line population was structured using parents with significant differences in pepper anthracnose resistance.The mixed major gene and polygene inheritance model of plant quantitative traits was used to conduct pepper anthracnose resistance.The results showed that the multigenic additive epistatic genetic model was the optimal model.
