中西医结合疗法治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效及安全性评估

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性分泌性中耳炎采用中西医结合疗法治疗的效果与安全性。方法单纯随机选取2020年1月—2022年12月江苏省泰州市兴化市人民医院收治的200例慢性分泌性中耳炎患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和研究组,各100例。对照组口服克拉霉素片进行治疗,研究组口服克拉霉素片联合化痰通窍汤进行治疗,评估两组患者的临床疗效及安全性。结果研究组治疗总有效率为99.00%,高于对照组的92.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.188,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者听力学相关指标和炎症因子水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);治疗后,研究组听力学相关指标和炎症因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论慢性分泌性中耳炎以中西医结合疗法治疗优于单一西医治疗,能够促进患者的听力学相关指标改善,临床安全性高。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of chronic secretory otitis media treated with integrated Chi⁃nese and Western medicine.Methods A total of 200 patients with chronic secretory otitis media admitted to Xinghua People's Hospital of Taizhou City,Jiangsu Province from January 2020 to December 2022 were simple randomly se⁃lected as the study objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and study group,with 100 patients in each group.The control group was treated with clarithromycin tablets,and the study group was treated with clarithromycin tablets combined with Huatan Tongqiao Decoction.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 99.00%,higher than that of the control group(92.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.188,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of audiology related indexes and inflammatory factors between 2 groups(both P>0.05),after treatment,the levels of audiology related indexes and inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chronic secretory otitis media with integrated Chinese and Western medicine is superior to single Western medicine treatment,which can promote the improvement of patients'audiology related indexes,and has high clinical safety.
