双相门冬胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病对血糖水平的影响评估分析

摘　　要：目的探析双相门冬胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病对血糖水平的影响。方法方便选取2022年4月—2023年6月三峡大学第一临床医学院收治的78例2型糖尿病患为研究对象。按照入院治疗先后顺序将所有研究对象分成参照组(39例)、观察组(39例)。参照组予以口服降糖药物治疗,观察组予以双相门冬胰岛素治疗。对两组疗效、血糖水平、胰岛功能进行对比。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率(97.44%)高于参照组(79.49%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.154,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白等血糖指标均降低,且观察组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,两组胰岛素抵抗指数均降低,且观察组低于参照组;两组胰岛β细胞功能指数均升高,且观察组高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病治疗时采取双相门冬胰岛素辅助治疗相比单一口服降糖药物效果更佳,可更有效降低患者血糖水平、改善患者胰岛功能。Objective To investigate the effect of bipolar insulin aspartate on blood glucose level in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 78 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to the First Clinical Hospital of China Three Gorges University from April 2022 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects.According to the order of hospitalization,they were divided into reference group(39 cases)and observation group(39 cases).The reference group was treated with oral hypoglycemic drugs,and the observation group was treated with biphasic insulin aspartate.The efficacy,blood glucose level and islet function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effec⁃tive rate of clinical treatment of the observation group was(97.44%)higher than that of the reference group(79.49%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.154,P<0.05).After treatment,the blood glucose indexes such as fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin were reduced in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Af⁃ter treatment,the insulin resistance index of both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the ref⁃erence group;the isletβ-cell function index of both groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,biphasic insulin aspartate adjuvant therapy is more effective than single oral hypoglycemic drug,which can effectively reduce blood glucose level and improve islet function.
