摘　　要：股骨头坏死在临床多表现为关节疼痛、活动受限等症状,严重影响患者的生活质量。随着髋关节保留手术技术的广泛应用,股骨头坏死的保髋治疗方法日趋多样化,且每种方法都有其独特的优点。文章综述了髓芯减压术、骨移植术、多孔钽棒植入术、再生治疗等技术的研究现状和发展趋势,以期为今后临床应用提供参考。Femoral head necrosis often manifests clinically as joint pain,limited mobility and other symptoms,which seriously affects the patient's quality of life.With the widespread application of hip-preserving surgical techniques,hip-preserving treatment methods for femoral head necrosis have become increasingly diversified,and each method has its unique advantages.This article reviews the current research status and development trends of core decompres⁃sion,bone transplantation,porous tantalum rod implantation,regenerative therapy and other technologies,with a view to providing reference for clinical applications in the future.
