摘　　要：中医学理论认为,肝的主要生理功能是主疏泄、主藏血。肝疏泄功能的失调造成气机紊乱,可引发全身多种病证,临床常见的有肝旺侮肺、木旺乘土、水不涵木等。肝属中焦,其气机的紊乱会导致多个相关脏腑功能紊乱。运用“调中化湿”理论,通过佐金平木、扶土抑木、滋水涵木等方法调理中焦,可治疗肝失疏泄所致的病证。According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the main physiological function of the liver is to drain and store blood.The disorder of the liver’s catharsis function causes the disorder of qi,which can lead to various diseases and syndromes of the whole body.Clinically,the common symptoms are liver hyperactivity attacking lung,wood hyperactivity taking advantage of soil,water not containing wood,etc.The liver belongs to the middle jiao,and the disorder of its qi movement will lead to the dysfunction of many related viscera.Use the theory of“regulating the middle and removing dampness”to regulate the middle jiao and treat the diseases caused by liver loss and laxity through the methods of tonifying the lung and suppressing the liver;soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen;nourishing the kidney and liver.
