从《三衢治验录》探析王一仁的学术特点

摘　　要：《三衢治验录》为民国新安医家王一仁所著,刊于1932年,是王氏在浙江衢州应诊两年半期间,治疗喘厥、经闭胞寒喘吼、温邪入营、疔毒、血崩等29种病证的医疗记录。该书体现了王氏治疗疾病时遣方用药的特点,其擅于内外合治,以保证治疗效果;学崇仲景,活用经方开展辨治;善抓主症,书中载有多个同病异治案例;循因探机,用药精当达证;将息有法,重视病后调护;主张中西汇通,以西医知识阐释病理,有力推动了民国时期中医学的发展。Sanqu Zhiyan Lu was written by Wang Yiren,a Xi’an physician in the Republic of China,and published in 1932.It is the medical record of Wang’s treatment of 29 kinds of diseases,including asthma syncope,amenorrhea and wheezing caused by cold in the uterus,heat entering the yingfen of pestilence,furunculosis,metrorrhagia during the two and a half years of Wang’s consultation in Quzhou,Zhejiang.This book intensively reflects the characteristics of Wang Yiren’s prescription and medication in the treatment of diseases.For example,internal therapy and external therapy were applied simultaneously to ensure the therapeutic effect.He advo-cated Zhang Zhongjing’s theory and flexibly applied the classical prescription to syndrome differentiation and treatment.He had ge-nius for finding the key symptoms of the disease,and recorded many cases of treating the same disease with different methods,ex-plored the mechanism according to the cause and select the most suitable prescription.He attached great importance to post illness care,and advocated integration of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and explained pathogenesis with Western medical knowl-edge.Wang Yiren strongly promoted the development of traditional Chinese medicine in the Republic of China.
