隔姜灸联合针刺治疗产后尿潴留临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究隔姜灸及针刺治疗产后尿潴留的临床效果及对首次排尿时间的影响。方法选取2020年5月—2022年5月南昌市第一医院收治的68例产后尿潴留患者作为研究对象,按奇偶数列法分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组采取针刺治疗,观察组采取隔姜灸联合针刺治疗,对比两组患者治疗前后的膀胱剩余尿量、尿道疼痛评分、首次排尿时间及首次排尿量。结果治疗后,观察组的膀胱剩余尿量小于对照组,尿道疼痛评分低于对照组,首次排尿时间短于对照组,首次排尿量多于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用隔姜灸联合针刺治疗产后尿潴留,可减少患者膀胱剩余尿量、缓解尿道疼痛感、缩短首次排尿时间、增加首次排尿量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of ginger moxibustion and acupuncture in the treatment of postpartum urinary re-tention and its influence on the first urination time.Methods A total of 68 patients admitted to Nanchang First Hospital from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the odd-even sequence method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with ginger moxibustion combined with acupuncture.The bladder residual urine volume,urethral pain score,and first uri-nation time before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the remaining urinary volume of the bladder in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the urinary pain score of the urethra was lower than that of the control group,the first urination time was shorter than that of the control group,and the first urination volume was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginger moxibustion and acupunc-ture can reduce bladder residual urine volume,relieve urethral pain,shorten the first urination time and increase the first urination vol-ume in patients with postpartum urinary retention.
