健脾燥湿化痰汤治疗脾虚痰湿型功能性消化不良伴Hp感染临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察健脾燥湿化痰法中药汤剂治疗功能性消化不良伴幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染临床效果。方法将60例患者随机分为两组,各30例,对照组采用口服铋剂标准四联疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上加服以健脾燥湿化痰法拟定的中药汤剂,对比两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组与对照组治疗总有效率分别为96.7%(29/30)、80.0%(24/30),两组随访中医症状复发率分别为3.4%(1/29)、20.8%(5/24),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医证候积分较治疗前均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组在食少纳呆、嗳气、疲乏无力、大便稀溏、呕吐痰涎、身体困重等方面改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组患者Hp根除率分别为93.3%(28/30)、83.3%(25/30),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组与对照组患者Hp复发率分别为0、16.0%(4/25),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾燥湿化痰法治疗功能性消化不良伴Hp感染的临床效果确切,能有效提高该病的临床有效率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Zaoshi Huatan decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with Hp infection.Methods A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bismuth standard quadruple therapy,while the treatment group was treated with Jianpi Zaoshi Huatan decoction on the ba-sis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment group and control group was 96.7%(29/30)and 80.0%(24/30),respectively.The recurrence rate of TCM symptoms was 3.4%(1/29)and 20.8%(5/24),respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and in the treatment group,there were significant improvements in such aspects as undereating and dorsia,belching,fatigue and weakness,loose stool,sputum and salivation,and body sleepiness,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The eradication rate of Hp in treatment group and control group was 93.3%(28/30)and 83.3%(25/30),respectively,and there had no statistical significance(P>0.05),and the recurrence rate of Hp in treatment group and control group was 0 and 16.0%(4/25),respectively,and the difference was statistical sig-nificance(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Zaoshi Huatan decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with Hp infection has definite clinical effect and can effectively improve the clinical efficiency of the disease.
