中医特色护理在糖尿病周围神经病变中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察中医特色护理对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者的疗效。方法将江西省景德镇市中医医院64例DPN患者作为研究对象,分为对照组和干预组。对照组采用常规护理,干预组给予中医特色护理,对比两组患者临床疗效、护理满意度以及视觉模拟量表(VAS)、多伦多临床评分系统(TCSS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分,和腓总神经传导功能、腓总神经运动功能。结果干预组总有效率为84.38%(27/32),高于对照组的56.25%(18/32)(P<0.05);干预组护理总满意度为93.75%(30/32),高于对照组的62.50%(20/32)(P<0.05)。干预后,干预组VAS、TCSS、SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组,腓总神经传导功能、腓总神经运动功能均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论DPN患者应用中医特色护理可以提高临床疗效,改善患者神经功能及负性情绪,临床护理满意度更高。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic care in patients with diabetic pe-ripheral neuropathy(DNP).Methods Sixty-four patients with DPN in Jingdezhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were di-vided into control group and intervention group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the intervention group was given tra-ditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing.Clinical efficacy,nursing satisfaction,visual analog scale(VAS),Toronto Clinical Scoring System(TCSS),self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores,and common peroneal nerve con-duction function and common peroneal nerve motor function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the intervention group was 84.38%(27/32),which was higher than 56.25%(18/32)in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing sat-isfaction in the intervention group was 93.75%(30/32),which was higher than that in the control group(62.50%,20/32)(P<0.05).After intervention,VAS,TCSS,SDS and SAS scores in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and the common peroneal nerve conduction function and motor function were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The applica-tion of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in DPN patients can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the neurological function and negative emotions of patients,and improve the satisfaction of clinical nursing.
