从神论治精神障碍针刺康复思路探析

摘　　要：针灸为中医学的重要组成部分,以迅速、神奇的临床效果展现着强大的生命力,并一直被广泛应用于各种精神障碍疾病的治疗中。这说明针灸在诊治精神障碍方面的疾病具有很好的研究潜力和应用价值,彰显了中医学的特色和优势。作者近年来在精神卫生临床实践中,以“从神论治”为理论依据,运用针刺治疗精神障碍有所心得,遂通过该文详细总结了当下常用的调神、解郁、振阳、健中针刺之法以及针刺之方、针刺之悟等中医康复思路,以期为从事精神卫生针灸临床工作的同仁们提供参考,促进学术交流,助力针灸事业更好地传承与发展,精益求精,造福群众。Acupuncture and moxibustion,as an important part of traditional Chinese medicine,has been widely used in the treatment of various mental disorders for a long time,it shows that acupuncture and moxibustion has a good research potential and application value in the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders,showing the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine.In recent years,based on the theory of“treatment according to the spirit”,the author has gained some experience in the treatment of mental disorders with acupuncture in clinical practice of mental health,this article summed up in detail the current accustomed to use of mind,depression,invigorating yang,invigorating spleen-stomach acupuncture method,acupuncture prescription,acupuncture insight,and other traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation ideas,with a view to providing reference for the clinical colleagues of mental health acupuncture and moxibustion,promoting academic exchanges,in order to broaden the cause of acupuncture and moxi-bustion better inheritance and development,excellence,benefit the masses.
