摘 要:羽绒蓬松度是衡量羽绒产品保暖性能的关键指标,它不仅影响产品重量、厚度和舒适度,还直接决定了保暖效果。本研究通过系统的试验和理论分析,探讨了绒子含量与水分率对羽绒蓬松度的影响。试验结果表明,绒子含量增加,蓬松度上升;水分率增加,蓬松度下降。同时对试验数据进行拟合分析,建立了预测羽绒蓬松度的数学模型,并得到相关方程,为羽绒产品设计和生产提供了科学依据,有助于优化产品蓬松度性能,提供更好的保暖体验。The filling power of down is a crucial indicator for evaluating the thermal performance of down products,as it not only impacts the weight,thickness,and comfort of the products,but also directly determines their thermal insulation effectiveness.By conducting systematic experiments and theoretical analyses,this study examines the influence of down content and moisture content on filling power.The test results demonstrate that an increase in feather content leads to a higher degree of loftiness while an increase in moisture content results in reduced volume.Through fitting analysis of test data,a mathematical model is established to predict filling power of down and derive relevant equations.These findings provide a scientific foundation for designing and producing high-quality down products while optimizing their loft performance to deliver enhanced warmth experience.
