摘 要:通过对医院系统版本发布风险进行深入研究,探讨医院核心软件版本发布机制的发展历史。医院软件部署经历了单机单应用、集群部署,以及业务无感知3个阶段,着重强调了灰度发布在升级过程中的优越性。详细介绍了灰度发布的工作原理和流程,并阐述了其相对于传统发布的优势。提出了一套基于灰度发布的版本发布策略,包括事前准备、版本发布、风险控制,以及事后监测4个阶段。这一策略通过有序推进,最大程度地降低了新版本发布的风险,为医院软件升级提供了可靠的指导,助力医疗信息化的发展。By conducting in-depth research on the risks of hospital system version release,this study explores the development history of the core software version release mechanism in hospitals.The deployment of hospital software has gone through three stages:Single machine single application,cluster deployment,and business agnostic deployment,emphasizing the superiority of grayscale publishing in the upgrade process.This article provides a detailed introduction to the working principle and process of grayscale publishing,and explains its advantages over traditional publishing.A version release strategy based on grayscale release has been proposed,which includes four stages:pre preparation,version release,risk control,and post monitoring.This strategy,through orderly promotion,minimizes the risk of new version releases to the greatest extent possible,provides reliable guidance for hospital software upgrades,and assists in the development of medical informatization.
