摘　　要：生成式AI对科技文献信息检索产生了重大影响。文章探讨了ChatGPT在科技文献检索中的重要价值,通过具体案例对ChatGPT与文献数据库系统进行了比较,分析了ChatGPT在文献检索中可能出现的信息偏差问题,并从用户角度提出了信息偏差应对策略,旨在提高使用ChatGPT检索科技文献的准确性和可靠性。Generative AI has had a significant impact on the retrieval of scientific and technological literature information.This article explores the important value of ChatGPT in scientific and technological literature retrieval,compares ChatGPT with literature database systems through specific cases,analyzes the possible information bias problems that ChatGPT may encounter in literature retrieval,and proposes information bias response strategies from the user̓s perspective,aiming to improve the accuracy and reliability of using ChatGPT to retrieve scientific and technological literature.
