摘  要:结合达州市通川区罗江大桥主桥斜拉桥的宽幅长节段悬浇作业,针对该斜拉桥结构特点,选择利用斜拉索作为支撑点的前支点挂篮施工。由于宽幅大悬臂作业的平衡控制、线形控制和挂篮行走控制难度大,给施工安全和质量带来不利影响,通过对前支点挂篮的承重系统、牵引系统、悬吊系统、行走系统、锚固系统和止推系统的设计和优化,如优化结构体系来减轻挂篮体系自重,压锚梁下增设滚轴与行走梁设置行走托轮相结合的措施来降低挂篮行走系统摩擦阻力,设置止推块增加挂篮稳定性,确保了施工安全和质量。本文研究成果可为长节段悬浇施工的类似工程提供参考。Based on the wide and long segment suspension pouring operation of the main cable-stayed bridge of Luojiang Bridge in Tongchuan District,Dazhou City,and in view of the structural characteristics of the cable-stayed bridge,the front support point hanging basket construction that can use the cable-stayed cable as the support point is selected.Due to the difficulty of balance control,linear control,and hanging basket walking control in wide cantilever operations,it has adverse effects on construction safety and quality.By designing and optimizing the load-bearing system,traction system,suspension system,walking system,anchoring system,and thrust system of the front support point hanging basket,such as optimizing the structural system to reduce the weight of the hanging basket system,the combination of adding rollers under the anchor beam and setting walking support wheels on the walking beam to reduce the frictional resistance of the hanging basket walking system,and setting thrust blocks to increase the stability of the hanging basket,thus ensuring construction safety and quality.The research results of this article can provide a reference for similar projects of long segment suspension pouring construction.
