摘 要:以巫镇高速东溪河特大桥为依托,针对该桥地处深切峡谷,两端与隧道相连,无法修筑施工便道,钢管混凝土拱桥难施工等难题,开展了深切峡谷桥隧相连钢管拱桥施工关键技术研究,并获多项专利。设计4套缆索吊系统,1套1 t临时工作索,1套30 t提升索,2套105 t缆索吊;105 t缆索吊索鞍为“横移+固定”式结构,解决了深切峡谷地段单侧无设置缆塔的难题;首次提出了长纵坡、大落差、大体积混凝土向下泵送施工技术,开创性地实现115 m级超高落差的混凝土向下泵送;研发了一种精确控制钢管混凝土拱肋卧式拼装装置、一种用于拱肋弦管接头的法兰盘、连接机构以及法兰连接方法,提高了安装效率;提出了深切峡谷采用搅拌储料斗+二级接力泵送的方式来解决长距离、大高差钢管混凝土压注难题。现场实践表明,采用这些技术,确保了该桥施工质量、安全,相关经验值得借鉴。Based on the Dongxi River Grand Bridge on the Wuxi-Zhenping Expressway,a key technology for the construction of steel tube arch bridges in deep canyons with tunnel connections at both ends and difficult construction of steel tube concrete arch bridges has been studied,and a number of patents have been obtained.Four sets of cable crane systems,one set of 1 t temporary working cables,one set of 30 t lifting cables,and two sets of 105 t cable cranes have been designed.The 105 t cable crane saddle is a′transverse+fixed′structure,which solves the problem of no cable tower on one side in deep canyon areas.For the first time,a long longitudinal slope,large drop,and large volume concrete pumping down construction technology has been proposed,which creatively realizes concrete pumping down at a height of 115 m.A precise control steel tube concrete arch rib horizontal assembly device,a flange plate for arch rib chord tube joints,a connecting mechanism,and a flange connection method have been developed to improve installation efficiency.A deep canyon using a mixing storage hopper+two-stage relay pumping method to solve the problem of long-distance and large-height concrete pressure injection has been proposed.Field practice has shown that the use of these technologies ensures the construction quality and safety of the bridge,and the relevant experience is worth learning.
