摘  要:为克服非洲地区跨海大桥深水超长桩基础和承台的施工难题,以尼日利亚拉各斯轻轨蓝线一期工程跨海大桥为研究对象,针对水深大、桩基长、大直径的桩基础施工特点,提出了深海超长钢护筒沉设技术、常规旋挖钻机加长钻杆技术、跨海桥超长钢筋笼下置技术、跨海桥超大方量混凝土灌注技术和改良泥浆技术;针对钢吊箱体积大、重量大和水中作业的承台施工特点,提出了钢吊箱的分块加工和运输技术、钢吊箱的安装及承台浇筑施工技术。结果表明,所提出的技术有效保障了桥梁的顺利建成,取得了超长基础的深水施工经验,为中国技术在西非桥梁建设上的推广起到了示范和借鉴作用。In order to overcome the construction difficulties of deep water ultra long pile foundation and pile cap for cross sea bridges in Africa,this paper takes the Lagos Rail Mass Transit(Blue line)Phase one project cross sea bridge in Nigeria as the research object.Based on the construction characteristics of long and large diameter pile foundation in deep water,the technology of deep sea ultra long steel casing sinking,conventional rotary drilling machine extended drilling rod technology,ultra long steel cage placement technology,ultra large volume concrete pouring technology,and improved mud technology are proposed;in response to the characteristics of large volume,heavy weight,and underwater operation of steel cofferdam,the block processing and transportation technology,the installation of steel cofferdam,and the pouring construction technology of pile cap are proposed.The results indicate that the proposed technology effectively ensures the smooth construction of bridges and has gained experience in deep water construction with ultra long foundations,playing a demonstrative and reference role for the promotion of Chinese bridge construction technology in West Africa.
