摘 要:为解决爆破开挖引起的水平层状围岩隧道成形困难的问题,以在建西延高铁宜君隧道为工程依托,分析了水平层状岩体隧道爆破成形影响因素,包括地质因素、设计因素和施工因素,并提出了爆破参数优化措施,调整了影响隧道爆破成形效果的光爆层厚度和周边眼间距参数,运用有限元软件建立水平层状岩体隧道爆破模型,对优化后爆破方案进行分析,通过对层状岩体隧道围岩损伤特征和超欠挖效果研究,结果表明,爆破参数优化后,隧道超挖最大量控制在0.21 m,有效改善了水平层状岩体爆破成形效果,提高层状岩体围岩稳定性,确保隧道爆破施工安全。In order to solve the problem of difficulty in forming horizontal layered rock tunnels caused by blasting excavation,based on the construction of the Yijun Tunnel of the Xiyan High-speed Railway under construction,the influencing factors of horizontal layered rock tunnel blasting formation were analyzed,including geological factors,design factors,and construction factors.Optimization measures for blasting parameters were proposed,and the thickness of the smooth blasting layer and the distance parameters between surrounding eyes that affect the blasting formation effect of the tunnel were adjusted.Using the finite element software,a horizontal layered rock tunnel blasting model was established.The optimized blasting scheme was analyzed,and the damage characteristics of the surrounding rock and the effect of over excavation and under excavation in the layered rock tunnel were studied.The results showed that after optimizing the blasting parameters,the maximum amount of over excavation in the tunnel was controlled at 0.2 m,effectively improving the blasting forming effect of the horizontal layered rock mass,enhancing the stability of the layered rock mass,and ensuring the safety of tunnel blasting construction.
