摘 要:贵阳市轨道交通S1线一期工程某区间地铁隧道穿越上软土下岩体的地层,土石分界线位于隧道上台阶位置,针对这一地质条件,提出了袖阀管注浆加固淤泥地层、中管棚和小导管超前支护相结合的隧道围岩加固措施,并采用有限元分析了该加固方案下地铁隧道施工过程,揭示了隧道施工过程中支护内力、围岩变形的分布及发展规律,并对隧道的施工设计提出了相应的建议,最终研究结果表明:隧道开挖支护过程中支护内力、围岩变形满足要求,表明了加固措施的可行性。The subway tunnel of the first phase of Guiyang Urban Rail Transit Line S1 project passes through the upper soft soil and lower rock layers,and the excavation step is located at the boundary line between soil and rock.In response to this geological condition,a tunnel surrounding rock reinforcement measure combining sleeve valve pipe grouting reinforcement of the silt layer,middle pipe shed,and small pipe advance support was proposed.The tunnel construction process under this reinforcement scheme was studied using finite element analysis,revealing the internal force of the support during the subway tunnel construction process.The distribution and development law of surrounding rock deformation were studied,and corresponding suggestions were proposed for construction design.The final research results show that the internal force of support and the deformation of surrounding rock during tunnel excavation support meet the requirements,indicating the feasibility of reinforcement measures.
