摘 要:针对传统人工喷涂作业形式存在的利弊,结合科技的进步,探讨喷涂机器人在建筑外墙涂饰工程中的应用。通过应用BIM技术辅助外墙喷涂机器人涂饰工程施工,应用BIM技术对外墙分格缝进行深化,减少水平分格缝易出现错层的现象,直观反映外立面造型,提升了外墙整体品质。此外,应用BIM技术模拟外墙喷涂机器人施工,确定人机操作面布置图,提前对喷涂施工进行模拟,解决喷涂过程中的一系列问题,提高了外墙涂饰工程施工质量,加快了工程施工进度,节约了施工成本。机器人喷涂施工降低了工人高空作业高处坠落的风险,减少了喷涂作业过程中油漆对工人的健康造成的职业病危害,有利于施工企业绿色环保的发展。In view of the advantages and disadvantages of traditional manual spraying,combined with the progress of science and technology,the application of spraying robot in exterior wall coating engineering is discussed.In this paper,BIM technology is applied to assist the construction of the exterior wall spraying robot coating project,and it is used to deepen the partition joint of the external wall,reduce the phenomenon that the horizontal partition joint is prone to split-level,intuitively reflect the facade shape,and improve the overall quality of the exterior wall.In addition,BIM technology is applied to simulate the exterior wall spraying robot construction,determine the man-machine operation surface layout,simulate the spraying construction in advance,solve a series of problems in the spraying process,improve the construction quality of the exterior wall coating project,speed up the construction progress,and save the construction cost.Robot spraying construction reduces the risk of falling from the height of workers working at altitude,reduces the occupational hazards caused by paint on workers′health during spraying operation,and is conducive to the development of green environmental protection of construction enterprises.
