青鹏软膏治疗急性软组织肿痛的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨青鹏软膏治疗急性软组织肿痛的临床疗效。方法选取2015年10月至2021年10月我院收治的急性软组织肿痛患者110例,随机分为观察组和对照组各55例。观察组接受青鹏软膏治疗,对照组选择肌肉松弛及非甾体类抗炎药治疗,比较两组之间的临床疗效,同时比较两组治疗前后疼痛、局部红肿、瘀紫斑、关节活动功能障碍恢复情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.73%,明显高于对照组的69.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者局部红肿、瘀紫斑、关节活动功能障等症状改善方面均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后两组疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于急性软组织肿痛患者选择青鹏软膏进行涂抹,临床疗效较好,患者病变部位在局部红肿、瘀紫斑、关节活动功能障的恢复更理想,同时未引起患者治疗中其他系统不适,推荐临床广泛应用。Objectives To explore the clinical therapeutic efficacy of QingpengOintment for acute soft tissue swelling and pain.Methods A total of 110 patients with acute soft tissue swelling and pain admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 55 cases in each group.The observation group was treated withQingpengOintment,while the control group was treated with muscle relaxation and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.The clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared,and the recovery of pain,local redness and swelling,ecchymosis and purple spots,and joint dysfunction before and after treatment were also compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.73%,which was significantly higher than the 69.09%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group show significant improvement in symptoms such as local redness,swelling,ecchymosis,and joint dysfunction compared to that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in pain scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions QingpengOintment should be recommended as priority treatmentfor acute soft tissue swellingdue to its high clinical efficacy.The drug achieves an ideal outcome in relievinglocal swelling,ecchymosis,and joint activity dysfunction,and it would not cause other system discomfort of patients in the treatment,which is worthy of clinical application.
