摘　　要：医学研究领域对于数据的安全性、完整性和可信性要求极高。传统的实验记录本存在数据篡改、存储不安全以及数据共享困难等问题。为解决这些问题,本文聚焦基于区块链技术的医学电子实验记录本(MELN)体系建设。MELN利用区块链技术构建了一个分布式和去中心化的数据存储和验证机制,确保实验数据的安全性、完整性和可追溯性。本文详细介绍MELN的设计原理、功能特点以及我院实际应用案例,展示其在医学研究领域的潜力和优势,旨在促进该技术在医学领域的推广应用。The field of medical research has high requirements for the security,integrity and credibility of data.Traditional experimental record books have problems such as data tampering,storage insecurity,and data sharing difficulties.In order to solve these problems,this paper focuses on the construction of medical Electronic Lab Notebook(MELN)system based on blockchain technology.MELN uses blockchain technology to build a distributed and decentralized data storage and verification mechanism to ensure the security,integrity and traceability of experimental data.This paper introduces the design principle,functional characteristics and practical application cases of MELN in our hospital in detail,and shows its potential and advantages in the field of medical research,aiming to promote the popularization and application of this technology in the medical field.
