手术室围术期循证护理对合并糖尿病肝胆外科手术患者术后切口愈合的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析手术室围术期循证护理对合并糖尿病肝胆外科手术患者术后切口愈合情况的影响。方法选取2022年4月—2023年4月费县第二医院收治的80例合并糖尿病的肝胆外科手术患者为研究对象,使用双色球法分组,红色球纳入到研究组中,在手术室围术期间予以循证护理干预,蓝色球纳入到对照组中,予以常规护理干预,每组40例,对两组患者血糖水平、围术期并发症发生情况进行比较。结果护理前,两组空腹血糖和糖化血红蛋白指标对比,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05),护理后,研究组的空腹血糖以及糖化血红蛋白指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组的围术期间并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合并糖尿病的肝胆外科手术患者在手术室围术期间予以循证护理干预,会稳定患者的血糖水平,且起到预防并发症的作用,通过护理配合可加快患者的伤口愈合时间,避免伤口感染。Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative evidence-based nursing in operating room on postopera-tive incision healing in patients with diabetic hepatobiliary surgery.Methods A total of 80 hepatobiliary surgery pa-tients with diabetic treated in Feixian County Second Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected.The two color sphere method was used in the study.The red ball was included in the study group for evidence-based nursing intervention during the perioperative period of the operating room.The blue ball was included in the control group and given routine nursing intervention.There were forty patients in each group.The blood glucose level and perioperative complications were compared.Results Before nursing,there were no statistically significant differences in fasting blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin indexes between the two groups(both P>0.05).After nursing,the fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin index levels of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The perioperative complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing intervention in the perioperative period of the operating room for patients with diabetic hepatobiliary surgery can stabilize the blood glucose level of patients,and play a role in preventing complications.It is conducive to accelerate the wound healing time of patients and avoid wound infection.
