中医护理模式应用在老年糖尿病护理中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的分析老年糖尿病护理中应用中医护理模式的临床价值。方法选取2022年4月—2023年7月滕州市第二人民医院内科收治的70例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,采取双盲法分组,分为探究组与参比组。探究组实施中医护理模式,参比组采取常规护理。对比两组护理满意度、护理前后血糖指标。结果探究组护理满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组血糖指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,探究组血糖指标低于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医护理模式应用在老年糖尿病护理中可提高患者护理满意度,降低患者血糖指标。Objective To analyze the clinical value of applying traditional Chinese medicine nursing model in elderly diabetes care.Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with diabetes admitted to the internal medicine department of Tengzhou Second People's Hospital from April 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects.and divided into inquiry group and reference group by double-blind method.The inquiry group adopted traditional Chinese medi-cine nursing mode,and the reference group adopted routine nursing.Nursing satisfaction and blood glucose index be-fore and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the inquiry group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in blood glucose index between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the blood glucose index of the inquiry group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing model in elderly diabetes care can improve patients'nursing satisfaction and reduce patients'blood glucose index.
