摘  要:为研究下穿通道施工全过程对邻近既有地铁隧道的变形影响,以郑州市金水路(西三环至东四环)项目东明路行人非机动车下穿通道工程为背景,采用有限元软件Midas GTS建立三维数值模型,分析顶管及基坑施工过程对既有地铁隧道的变形影响;总结了新建下穿通道施工全过程对邻近既有地铁隧道的水平位移和沉降变化特征,并将模拟值与工程监测数据进行对比分析,验证数值模型的可靠性。结果表明:下穿通道工程施工全过程中诱发地铁1号线隧道的最大水平位移为0.52 mm,最大竖向位移为2.12 mm,既有地铁隧道的水平位移及竖向位移最大值均满足控制标准。本文研究成果可为类似工程的设计、施工和监测提供一定的参考和借鉴。In order to research the deformation effect of the whole process of underpass construction on the adjacent existing subway tunnels,the Dongming Road pedestrian and non-motorized underpass project of Jinshui Road(West 3rd Ring Road to East 4th Ring Road)project in Zhengzhou City is taken as the background,and the finite element software Midas GTS is used to establish a three-dimensional numerical model,and analyze the influence of pipe jacking and foundation pit construction on the deformation of the existing subway tunnels,the horizontal displacement and settlement change characteristics of the adjacent existing subway tunnel during the construction process of the new underpass is summarized,and the values are compared and simulated with the engineering monitoring data to verify the reliability of the numerical model.The results show that the maximum horizontal displacement and vertical displacement of the tunnel of Metro Line 1 induced during the whole process of the construction of the underpass tunnel are 0.52 mm and 2.12 mm respectively,and the maximum horizontal displacement and the vertical displacement of the existing subway tunnels meet the control standards.The results can provide references for the design,construction and monitoring of similar engineering.
